Due to the premium nature and strict hygienic standards of our products, our fulfillment and return protocols are designed with absolute transparency to protect both our global patrons and our craftsmanship integrity.

I. FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING PROTOCOLS

To guarantee complete client confidentiality and privacy, all shipments from Jormungandr Labs LLC are dispatched in identical, highly reinforced, unmarked matte black corrugated boxes.

  • There are NO references to “Jormungandr Labs,” “adult hardware,” “anatomy models,” or any suggestive keywords on the exterior of the mailing carton.
  • The shipping label will strictly display our integrated logistic abbreviation and return address registered in the United States.

2. International Customs Declarations & Compliance

All hardware is structurally equipped with high-capacity integrated lithium-ion battery cells protected by dual-PCM circuits. For seamless, 100% legal trans-border custom clearance, shipments are officially and transparently declared under the International Harmonized System (HS) Tariff Code:

3. Order Processing & Tracking Logistics

II. RETURN, REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY

1. Hygienic Exemption & Return Threshold

Due to the intimate and somatic nature of personal body massagers, federal health regulations and global sanitary protocols dictate that used, opened, or unsealed products CANNOT be returned or resold under any circumstances.

  • Eligible Returns: We accept returns strictly on items that remain in their 100% original, unaltered condition, with the factory-applied outer clear plastic shrink-wrap completely unbroken and intact.
  • Return Window: You have a strict period of 14 calendar days from the verified courier delivery date to request an untampered return via support@jaimiungandr-studio.com.
  • Restocking Fees: Eligible pristine returns are subject to a 15% luxury handling and restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the sole liability of the patron.

2. Damaged on Arrival (DOA) Protocol

In the highly improbable event that your artifact arrives with visible outer transit damage or material compromise:

  • Patrons must document the unboxing process via video or high-definition photography within 48 hours of courier delivery timestamp.
  • Forward the evidence directly to our support engineering desk. Upon verification, Jormungandr Labs LLC will dispatch an immediate artisan replacement and issue a pre-paid return slip for the compromised unit.

3. 1-Year Bespoke Component Warranty

To match our premium luxury market placement, every Jormungandr Labs LLC artifact is backed by an elite 1-Year Mechanical and Electronic Circuitry Warranty.

  • This warranty specifically covers internal LRA motor line micro-snaps, mainboard microcontroller failures, charging dock detachment, and internal battery degradation.
  • Exclusions: The warranty strictly excludes structural tears on the ultra-soft Shore 00-10 silicone epidermis caused by improper handling, use of non-compatible silicone-based lubricants, or structural trauma from non-intended usage.

III. TRANSACTION INTEGRITY & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

Jormungandr Labs LLC works in direct alignment with highly audited, regulated high-risk merchant clearing institutions (including CCBill / SegPay). All web transactions are heavily secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Any attempt to initiate fraudulent chargebacks (unauthorized claims on fully fulfilled and custom-poured hardware) will be aggressively countered. We log localized IP addresses, device handshakes, shipping timestamps, and carrier delivery GPS telemetry coordinates, which will be forwarded to legal clearing banks to fully maintain transaction integrity.
