TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Jormungandr Labs LLC. This website (jormungandr-studio.com) and its associated bespoke services are operated by Jormungandr Labs LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Jormungandr Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site and purchasing our 1-of-1 handcrafted personal body massagers, technological artifacts, or custom sculptures, you (hereinafter referred to as “the Patron,” “buyer,” or “user”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service.

I. MANDATORY AGE REQUIREMENT & ACCOUNT INTEGRITY

1. Legal Age Restriction

Our custom hardware and personal body massagers are strictly engineered for adult wellness, heavy-dose pelvic compression exploration, and advanced physiological meditation.

  • By interacting with this site or entering into a financial checkout transaction, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your specific country, state, or regional jurisdiction.

  • Jormungandr Labs LLC reserves the absolute right to utilize electronic age verification handshakes prior to bespoke crafting and global fulfillment.

2. Commercial Intent Prohibitions

All artifacts are commissioned and custom-poured under a restrictive personal-use covenant. Patrons are strictly prohibited from utilizing our 3D aesthetic data, physical custom gear, or component casing for unauthorized industrial reverse engineering, mold cloning, or public non-consensual commercial syndication without a clear written Commercial License from Jormungandr Labs LLC.

II. THE BESPOKE ARTISAN AGREEMENT (1-of-1 MANUFACTURING)

1. Coloration & Material Variance Disclaimer

Every The Hydra Emperor silhouette is individually mixed and manually hand-poured using complex multi-layer chameleon, iridescent, and bio-luminescent silicone pigments.

  • Patrons explicitly acknowledge that minor micro-textural variances, microscopic cosmetic surface lines from vacuum degassing, and fluid color-shifting tonal drift under varied light sources are organic hallmarks of 1-of-1 artisan craftsmanship, not material defects.

2. Hardware Allocation & Cancellation Threshold

Due to the immediate upfront allocation of premium medical-grade Shore 00-10/30A platinum silicone matrices and micro-LRA electronic motor modules, custom pre-order configurations cannot be canceled, amended, or revoked once the transaction has cleared our payment gateways (CCBill / SegPay).

III. ANATOMICAL SAFETY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Sovereign Patron Discretion

Our personal massagers and heavy pressure sensory objects are supplied exclusively as luxury wellness artware. The structural mechanics (including the 2-meter long silhouette and dual-density compression framework) require mature, rational, and fully conscious implementation.

  • Jormungandr Labs LLC, its master artisans, and system engineers assume ZERO legal or medical liability for physical distress, mucosal irritation, tissue micro-tears, or anatomical trauma resulting from aggressive deployment, improper sanitary care, or usage outside intended boundaries.

2. Lubricant Incompatibility Clause

Patrons must utilize ONLY 100% water-based lubricants with our platinum silicone formulations. The implementation of silicone-based or oil-based lubricants will dissolve the ultra-soft Shore 00-10 outer skin, structurally destroying the iridescent finish. Such degradation immediately nullifies the 1-Year Component Warranty.

IV. FRAUD PREVENTION, GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

1. Wyoming Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, along with any separate fulfillment agreements whereby we provide you bespoke hardware, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in absolute alignment with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

2. Comprehensive Chargeback Counter-Measures

Jormungandr Labs LLC deploys rigorous transaction fraud prevention tracking. By ticking the Terms of Service acknowledgment box at checkout, the Patron legally waives their right to initiate unauthorized “friendly fraud” chargebacks.
Any attempts to claim financial refunds through clearing banks while retaining our custom-poured physical hardware will be forcefully prosecuted. We will submit complete telemetry packages (including verified carrier GPS coordinates, signature slips, and recorded checkout IP profiles) to card networks and collection bureaus.
